The credits you submitted during the entry process will be used in the show on May 9, the One Show Annual as well as for certificates, awards and other printed material. It is important that you review these credits and submit a final version, as no changes can be made at a later date.
No changes can be made after April 18th.
DEADLINE FRIDAY, APRIL 18
Submit 10 screen grabs for each of your finalists. Follow the specific file requirements below.
FORMAT: JPEG
RESOLUTION: 72 DPI for online screen grabs or 300 DPI when possible
COLOR: CMYK
IMAGE SIZE: For online or offline entries, the digital file should be 100% scaled to the entry. For printed or support materials, the length or width of each image must not be more than 8 inches or 2400 pixels.
FILE SIZE: 10 MB - (Maximum file size that can be uploaded; please courier larger files on a CD or DVD)
FILE NAME: Please name your images with the specific Entry ID number that was generated when you created the entry. If you are uploading multiple images within a campaign, please add an underscore followed by "a", "b", and "c" (example: 20131_a, 20131_b, and so on.)
Please submit a pre-recorded user experience of your winning entry. This will be used in the award show presentation module and will be viewed by everyone at the event. If there is no sound to the piece, you should add some music.
Mini movie maximum run-time:
Banner single = 40 sec. / Banner campaign = 50 sec.
Websites, Gaming, Online Branded Content, Other = 1:40 min.
Integrated Branding = 2 min.
Note: Please capture your entry at the highest possible quality.
Max width = 750 px
Max height = 550 px
Files larger than 20 MB must be submitted on a CD-ROM or DVD and mailed to:

Each winning entry is awarded three Pencils or three Merit certificates. When finalizing your credits, you will have the opportunity to select the names you would like to allot to the awards. We award one to the agency, one to an art director and one to a copywriter. When finalizing your credits you must enter which art director and copywriter will receive the award.

DEADLINE FRIDAY, MAY 23
The One Club holds exhibitions of the winners and selected finalists in numerous countries around the world and in cities across the United States. Countries hosting the Traveling One Show include Brazil, China, Japan, South Africa and India. We will need a stand-alone working version of your Pencil-awarded work for the Traveling Exhibition. Entries that depend on a database or on elements that would not work from a
CD-ROM can be excluded from this step.
Please mail the stand alone working version on a CD or DVD to The One Club by Friday, May 23, 2008. Mark the package ATTENTION:Traveling One Show.
